Alvarado will be partnering with Community for Learning as the agency that provides after-school services at Alvarado.

Community for Learning is offering a rigorous program of social, emotional, and academic learning, with robust supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of children, at an affordable cost. Additionally, Community for Learning will begin offering after school service on the first day of school, Wednesday, August 7th.

Pricing
- $25 registration fee PER family,
- $45 a week for the first child, and
- siblings are $40.
Daily drop in fee of $9 a day for 2 days and on the 3rd day it will go up to the $45 weekly rate. All children who show up to program, including drop ins must have a registration on file with CFL.
Most families will qualify for complete 100% coverage if you apply for it through the state (ECECD, formerly CYFD) CFL can help you with this process! Even if you don't think you will qualify you may be surprised as the state has raised the minimum income qualifications to over $100,000 a year.
About the Program
CFL's after school program is called Project S.E.A.L (social, emotional and academic learning). They target teaching our children the importance of empathy while in a learning environment. Homework help will always be provided and made a priority. CFL provides Project S.E.A.L for K-5th graders from 2-6 PM. CFL will run on the same calendar as Alvarado.
